Future Brewing’s Cali Krush presents a vibrant, hop-forward sensory profile characteristic of a modern American IPA. This unfiltered offering leverages a double dry hop addition of Citra, Krush, and Mosaic to create complex layers of tropical fruit. Aromas of grapefruit from the Citra and mango from the Krush are immediately apparent, underscored by a pungent, dank resinous quality driven by the Mosaic. On the palate, the experience is remarkably dry and crisp, allowing the interplay of citrus and stone fruit to dominate before yielding to a firm, clean bitterness. The lean malt structure ensures the focus remains entirely on the expressive hop character, finishing with a lingering resinous snap.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight, uniform haze from being unfiltered; medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, mango, and berry. Distinctive resinous and dank herbal character. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness in the background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is intensely hoppy with tropical fruit flavors of guava and papaya. Medium-high hop bitterness is balanced by a very dry finish. Low grainy malt flavor provides a lean foundation. Aftertaste is hoppy and bitter with lingering resin and citrus zest. Clean fermentation character.
