Appearance. Deep, opaque purple-red; thick, pink-tinted head with moderate to low retention; smoothie-like consistency with significant fruit haze.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh-crushed raspberries and sweet blueberries. Jammy blackberry notes are prominent, supported by a rich, creamy vanilla presence. Very low malt aroma; moderate lactic tartness with a hint of earthy wild fermentation character.
