This Belgian Single is a vibrant, low-ABV table beer defined by its rustic, botanical character. Can-conditioning and lack of filtration provide a soft, hazy appearance. The foraged yarrow integrates seamlessly with the expressive Belgian yeast, offering distinctive herbal and medicinal spice notes that complement traditional peppery phenols. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 3); hazy and unfiltered due to can-conditioning. Features a large, billowy white head with excellent persistence and characteristic lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity with a complex blend of spicy, herbal yarrow and peppery Belgian yeast phenols. Low grainy-sweet, crackery malt backdrop with hints of lemon zest, dried flowers, and a touch of honeyed sweetness.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and highly attenuated. Light bready and crackery malt flavors are quickly overtaken by a moderate spicy and floral hop character.
