Funky Fluid Trinity reimagines the classic German Pils by infusing it with a bold, modern hop profile. The use of Simcoe during dry hopping introduces vibrant layers of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and a hint of passionfruit over a traditional base of grainy-sweet Pilsner malt. This collaboration delivers a brilliant gold pour with a resilient white head. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that cuts through the delicate honey and cracker notes, leading to a bone-dry, crisp finish. It is a refreshing lager that balances Old World structure with contemporary aromatic intensity.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Prominent hop character featuring Simcoe-driven notes of pine needle and citrus peel, complemented by traditional herbal and spicy nuances. Subtle grainy-sweet malt background with hints of toasted cracker and light honey.

Taste. Sharp, clean bitterness leads into a crisp, dry finish. Flavors of grapefruit, resin, and spice are layered over a lean, doughy malt foundation. The fermentation is exceptionally clean, allowing the bitterness to linger pleasantly without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, providing a lively and refreshing sting on the tongue. No alcohol warmth; very smooth and highly attenuated.
