This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant New Zealand hop profile derived from a heavy double dry-hopping of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Pacific Sunrise. The sensory experience opens with an explosion of white wine grape, zesty lime, and ripe melon, supported by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel characteristic of the style. The Motueka provides a bright citrus lift, while Nelson Sauvin contributes its signature gooseberry and tropical depth. Pacific Sunrise rounds out the profile with notes of orange peel and stone fruit. A grainy, bready malt base provides the canvas without adding heavy sweetness, leading to a smooth, low-bitterness finish that emphasizes pure hop juice and high drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light orange in color (SRM 4-6). Opaque with a substantial haze that creates a luminous glow. Topped with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of crushed green grapes, lime zest, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of orange and soft peach emerge. The malt is clean and lightly bready, serving only as a background to the hops. Fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Massive hop flavors of gooseberry, lime, and tropical stone fruit dominate the palate. The malt provides a neutral, grainy foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, well-masked by the soft body. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering fruit-juice impression and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. The beer feels smooth on the tongue without any astringency or raw hop burn. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
