Funky Fluid Splash: Green is an ultra-refreshing, vibrant Gose defined by its double-fruited additions of kiwi and lime. At a sessionable 3.6% ABV, it presents an electric profile where the sharp, citrusy zing of fresh lime zest meets the lush, tropical sweetness of ripe kiwi. The base beer provides a soft, doughy wheat malt foundation and a hint of salinity that amplifies the fruit intensity. Bracing lactic acidity cuts through the palate, leading to a crisp, bone-dry finish. Effervescent and bright, it balances traditional tartness with a modern, fruit-forward intensity that is both mouthwatering and deeply thirst-quenching.
Appearance. 3–5 SRM (pale straw with a distinct lime-green tint); thick, white, creamy head with moderate retention and light lacing; opaque and heavily hazy from fruit solids and wheat.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of fresh lime juice and zesty citrus peel, followed by the sweet, tropical aroma of ripe kiwi. Subtle doughy wheat malt and clean lactic sourness. No hop aroma. Very faint floral coriander and a touch of sea-breeze salinity.
Taste. Sharp, medium-high lactic sourness provides a refreshing initial impression. Dominant flavors of zesty lime and fleshy kiwi fruit. Low bready malt flavor serves as a foundation for a moderate salt character that enhances fruit perception. Very low bitterness with no hop flavor. Finishes bone-dry and tart with a lingering, clean citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body (viscous from fruit puree); high carbonation; very low alcohol warmth; distinctly mouthwatering and tingly due to salt and acidity; no astringency.
