Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM). Opaque, milky haze with a luminous shine. Thick, rocky, white head with excellent retention and heavy lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant notes of shredded coconut and tropical pineapple from Sabro, complemented by grapefruit and tangerine zest from Citra. Low bready, grainy malt in the background; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical fruit. Sabro provides distinct coconut and cream flavors, while Citra adds layers of lime and passionfruit. Low to medium-low bitterness that remains soft and integrated. Finish is off-dry and silky with a lingering, juicy tropical fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No harshness or astringency.
