Save the Pedestals is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leads with a punchy tropical and stone fruit bouquet. The combination of Mosaic and Vic Secret hops delivers layers of ripe mango, passionfruit, and pineapple, while the addition of Talus introduces nuanced notes of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals. Despite its approachable 5% ABV, it presents a luminous, opaque yellow body topped with a dense, meringue-like head. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture and a clean, bready malt backbone that supports the hop intensity without clashing. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a lingering juicy character.

Appearance. Straw to light yellow (3-4 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Thick, rocky white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, passionfruit, and mango. Subtle citrus and floral notes of dried roses and sage. Low bready, grainy malt in the background. Clean fermentation with no harshness.
