Funky Fluid

Robert is an evocative Polish interpretation of a German Pils, bridging the gap between traditional European lager brewing and native terroir. Pouring a brilliant straw-gold, it centers on the unique profile of Puławski hops, which deliver a sophisticated interplay of classic noble herbal notes and a distinct resinous depth. The sensory experience is anchored by a lean base of Pilsner malt, providing hints of toasted cracker and light honey. Each sip concludes with a firm, pronounced bitterness that is both crisp and clean, reflecting its heritage as a refreshing lager designed for peak drinkability and a sharp, dry finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high intensity. The aroma is forward with flowery, herbal, and distinctive resinous hop notes from the Puławski variety. Low grainy, doughy, and toasted cracker malt scents are present with a hint of honey. Very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and herbal, resinous hop flavors. The malt character is grainy and cracker-like. Medium-high bitterness (30–40 IBU) that is sharp but not harsh, lingering into a very dry, crisp finish with a clean aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, lean texture. Medium to high carbonation provides a refreshing, prickly sensation. No alcohol warmth; very slight flinty dryness in the finish.
