Pink Mirror is a lush, hazy Double IPA that prioritizes a saturated hop experience through a heavy dry-hopping regimen. The combination of Strata and Citra hops delivers an intense blast of passion fruit, grapefruit, and sweet lime, while the inclusion of HBC 630 introduces unique nuances of raspberry and stone fruit. Despite its 8% strength, the beer maintains a soft, approachable character. The pale, grainy malt provides a neutral foundation, allowing the complex berry and tropical layers to dominate. Appearance. Light orange to gold (7-9 SRM). Intentionally hazy with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring vivid strawberry and passion fruit notes from Strata, complemented by raspberry and cherry-like accents from HBC 630. Bright citrus lime and tropical mango from Citra provide sharp top notes. Low, neutral, bready malt background with a light fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression of tropical fruit and red berries. Hop flavors of passion fruit, grapefruit, and stone fruit are prominent.
