Phantasmagoria is our first NEIPA hopped using YCH 303 Trail - a combination of hops in the form of Cryo and Phanstasm - powdered Sauvignon Blanc grape skins. To conquer grape and tropical aromas, we also used the Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc varieties here.
