This vibrant New England IPA showcases an intense, juice-forward tropical profile driven by a stellar Southern Hemisphere hop lineup. Bold passion fruit and clean citrus notes from Galaxy leap forward, closely followed by the signature crushed white wine grape and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. Complex red currant and light raspberry undertones from Enigma intertwine with the resinous, tropical pine of Moutere. Beneath this massive hop wave, a soft, pillowy malt backbone delivers a creamy, grain-sweet foundation, culminating in a smooth, low-bitterness finish that epitomizes the modern, juicy hop experience.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow, opaque with a luminous hazy glow, topped with a dense, mousse-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma bursting with mango, passion fruit, and gooseberry, complemented by notes of white wine grape, red currant, and a clean, lightly bready malt background.
Taste. Juicy initial impression dominated by tropical fruit, white wine, and lime flavor, supported by a soft, bready malt sweetness. Bitterness is low to moderate and soft, ending in a lush, fruit-forward, off-dry finish without any harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a very smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a gentle, well-integrated warmth with zero hop burn.
