This Hazy Double IPA, a collaboration with Nepomucen, delivers a saturated hop experience through an intensive 20g/L dry-hop addition. The profile is defined by a complex interplay of Vic Secret, Sabro, Mosaic, and Citra, resulting in a tropical explosion. Sabro introduces distinct coconut and cream notes that soften the bright pineapple and passion fruit of Vic Secret. Mosaic and Citra round out the sensory landscape with ripe mango, blueberry, and zesty grapefruit. Despite its strength, the beer maintains a velvety, pillowy texture and a clean finish, where a gentle alcohol warmth complements the lush fruit character and firm bitterness.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-9 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a dense, long-lasting white head that leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, pineapple, mango, and grapefruit. Mosaic adds subtle blueberry and earthy undertones, while Citra provides a sharp citrus edge. Malt is low and neutral, providing a light grainy backdrop to the intense fruit esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit, specifically mango and coconut, followed by tangerine and lime. Hop bitterness is moderately high but smooth, avoiding harshness. Low, soft malt character supports the high hop load. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering aftertaste of tropical fruit and resin.
