This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Funky Fluid and The Piggy Brewing Company, delivers a vibrant, layered tropical profile. The sensory experience is driven by El Dorado, which contributes notes of sweet pineapple and pear, while HBC 630 adds a unique layer of ripe peach and red berry candy. Talus rounds out the character with distinctive hints of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals. The palate is soft and juicy, supported by a neutral, bready malt base that allows the lush hop oils to shine. It finishes with restrained bitterness and a smooth, pillowy texture, embodying a complex yet highly drinkable character.

Appearance. Straw to light orange with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by stone fruit, pineapple, and cherry. Substantial citrus notes of grapefruit and a light floral rose character are present. Background malt is clean, neutral, and lightly bready, with no caramel or toastiness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with peach, nectarine, and tropical citrus. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-masked by the soft body. Malt provides a light, grainy foundation. The finish is off-dry, smooth, and clean with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no astringency or raw starch texture.
