Funky Fluid

Jazzy is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the juicy profile through a heavy double dry-hopping of Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Talus. The sensory experience is led by a kaleidoscopic burst of tropical fruit, where the mango and blueberry of Mosaic dance with the bright lime and grapefruit of Citra. Sabro contributes a distinct creamy coconut and tropical undertone, while Talus adds layers of pink grapefruit and subtle floral notes. A soft, bready malt base provides a velvety foundation, ensuring the massive hop saturation remains smooth rather than sharp, finishing with a gentle, balanced sweetness and low perceived bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to light gold with a characteristic opaque, luminous haze. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring a complex blend of tropical and citrus notes. Citra provides lime and grapefruit zest, while Mosaic offers ripe mango and hints of berry. Sabro introduces a unique coconut and tropical cream character, complemented by the citrus and floral rose-like nuances of Talus. The malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, bready backdrop.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of ripe fruit, mirroring the aroma with layers of pineapple, citrus, and stone fruit. The bitterness is low to moderate and impeccably smooth, never becoming harsh. A light, grainy malt flavor supports the hop intensity without adding caramel sweetness. The finish is off-dry and lingering, with a clean, fruity aftertaste dominated by citrus peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft and silky texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel that lacks any astringency or raw grain harshness. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
