This Hazy IPA showcases the vibrant, new-wave Polish Zula hop, delivering a punchy sensory profile defined by lush tropical fruit. The experience begins with a juicy onslaught of ripe mango and bright citrus, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone of light bread and grain. Its appearance is characteristically hazy with a dense white head, promising a smooth, creamy texture. While the hop intensity is high, the bitterness remains restrained and approachable, allowing the hop-derived oils to shine through a clean, off-dry finish. It is a modern, fruit-forward expression of the style that highlights regional hop innovation and high drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head featuring high retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a focus on fresh mango and concentrated citrus oils from the Zula hops. Background notes of stone fruit and pineapple. Malt is subtle, presenting as soft bready dough or neutral grain. Fermentation is clean with light fruity esters that complement the hop profile.
