This German Pils expresses a classic, assertive bitterness refined by a sophisticated triple-hop profile. Dry hopping with Hallertauer Mittelfruh, Hersbrucker, and Tettnanger imparts high-intensity aromas of dried flowers, noble spice, and fresh-cut herbs. The base provides a clean, doughy malt structure that supports the firm hop presence without competing for attention. It drinks with a sharp, refreshing snap, characterized by its brilliant clarity and a lean, mineral-tinged finish. Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.
