Neon Green is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that pushes sensory boundaries with an electric visual profile and a lush, smoothie-like texture. Dominant aromas of ripe, tropical mango and zesty kiwi lead the profile, supported by the delicate, rounded sweetness of succulent pear. The inclusion of spirulina provides a striking, opaque green appearance while contributing a subtle, earthy undertone. On the palate, a balanced lactic tartness cuts through the dense fruit puree, resulting in a refreshing yet decadent sweet-and-sour experience. The 18° Plato starting gravity ensures a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel that lingers with a clean, fruity finish.

Appearance. Striking, opaque, neon green color derived from spirulina. Thick, mousse-like head with greenish tints; moderate retention with heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; bursting with fresh mango and tropical kiwi esters. Distinctive juicy pear notes add a soft floral layer. Low lactic acidity and a faint, clean earthy-mineral note from spirulina. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of sweet mango and tart kiwi. Pear provides a mellow, sweet transition. Firm but balanced lactic sourness. The Gelato character yields a rich, fruit-laden sweetness that persists into a long, juicy, and slightly tangy finish without hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Full, viscous body consistent with the high original gravity. Low to moderate carbonation. Creamy, smooth texture with a slight mouth-coating quality. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
