Tropical Mango dominates the profile, providing a lush, stone-fruit sweetness that is artfully balanced by the exotic, tart punch of Curuba, also known as banana passion fruit. The aroma is an intense bouquet of sun-ripened fruit and soft lactic acidity, mirroring the flavor's harmonious sweet-and-sour interplay. With its vibrant yellow-gold hue and thick, velvety texture, it captures the essence of a frozen dessert while maintaining the refreshing edge of a contemporary sour ale, finishing with a lingering, fruit-forward brightness.
Appearance. Saturated golden-yellow (SRM 4-6); opaque and smoothie-like with significant fruit haze. Dense, off-white head with moderate to low retention, leaving a pulpy lacing on the glass.
