Funky Fluid

This vibrant Hazy IPA presents a luminous golden appearance with a characteristic opaque glow. Utilizing an innovative blend of Polish hops—Zibi, Zula, and Książęcy—the sensory profile is defined by an intense burst of tropical and stone fruits. A subtle whisper of resin provides a classic counterpoint to the lush, juicy hop character. The palate is remarkably soft and pillowy, carrying these fruit-forward notes over a clean, bready malt base. While the hop impact is massive, the bitterness remains restrained and smooth, leading to an off-dry finish that boosts morale with every refreshing, hop-saturated sip.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM. Deep golden color with an opaque, hazy shine. Topped with a thick, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of ripe peach, mango, and citrus driven by Zibi and Zula. A supportive, neutral, bready malt character is present in the background. A clean fermentation profile is accented by a light, resinous pine note from the Książęcy hops.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and melon. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated.
