Despite its low alcohol, it maintains a juicy profile characteristic of modern hazy styles. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports a surprisingly firm bitterness, while the addition of Amalfi lemons provides a bright, zesty edge. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (approx. 5 SRM). Hazy to opaque with a dense, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra, complemented by tropical blueberry and stone fruit from Mosaic. The Amalfi lemons contribute a sharp, fresh zesty character over a low, grainy-sweet malt base.
Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit and zesty citrus. Hop flavors of mango and citrus peel are primary, supported by a distinct, moderate-high bitterness. The Amalfi lemons add a tart, refreshing dimension. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering citrus zest aftertaste and a clean fermentation profile.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly soft, juicy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively prickle on the tongue. No alcohol warmth and no notable astringency.
