This modern interpretation of a Grodziskie presents a delicate balance of traditional oak-smoked wheat and vibrant contemporary hops. The signature oak smokiness is elevated by the dry-hopping of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic, introducing nuanced layers of crushed white wine grapes, gooseberry, and tropical passionfruit. At a sessionable ABV, the profile remains exceptionally crisp and effervescent. The interplay between the lean, crackery malt base and the punchy, aromatic hops creates a refreshing, highly carbonated experience that honors its namesake while offering a sophisticated, fruit-forward aromatic complexity that lingers through a bone-dry finish.

Appearance. 2–4 SRM. Brilliant clarity with a pale straw color. Features a large, billowing white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. A clean, pleasant oak smoke character dominates initially, followed by assertive hop aromatics of white wine, gooseberry, and tropical fruit. Grainy-sweet malt notes provide a background for the hop-forward profile. No harsh phenols or rubbery notes.

Taste. Initial impression is dry and smoky. Grainy, crackery malt flavors are balanced by moderate hop bitterness and a clean fermentation profile. Flavors of tropical fruit and white grape are prominent from the hops. The finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering, pleasant smoke and a touch of fruit resin.
