Funky Fluid

This German Pils offers a high-impact take on the classic style, significantly amplifying the traditional herbal and spicy hop profile. The Extra Hoppy designation is immediately apparent, delivering a bracing, clean bitterness that defines the experience. Expect a foundation of crisp, grainy Pilsner malt with hints of cracker and light honey, providing a slender but necessary counterpoint to the assertive hopping. The finish is remarkably dry and flinty, emphasizing a refreshing, sharp character that demands another sip. Appearance. Brilliant straw gold (3 SRM) with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing.
