Appearance. Pours a brilliant medium gold with exceptional clarity. Topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent lime, mandarin, and mixed citrus zest. A clean, low, grainy malt sweetness supports the hop presentation, accompanied by a very neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. The flavor is decidedly hop-forward, delivering intense notes of lime peel and mandarin orange. It features a medium-high to high bitterness that is clean and lacks harshness. The malt backbone is low and grainy, providing just enough support before transitioning into a crisp, very dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
