This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey defined by an intense aromatic profile of Citra and Mosaic hops. The pour reveals a glowing, opaque appearance typical of the style, leading into a bouquet saturated with ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright tangerine. On the palate, the hop-forward character is amplified by a silky, soft mouthfeel that masks a restrained bitterness. Notes of pineapple and lime zest dance over a neutral, bready malt base, while the fermentation adds subtle stone fruit esters. It finishes clean and juicy, leaving a lingering impression of tropical sunshine and citrus zest.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring Citra-driven citrus (grapefruit, lime) and Mosaic-driven tropical fruit (mango, blueberry, papaya). Background of bready, grainy malt; low esters of peach and apricot; no caramel or alcohol harshness.
Taste. Dominated by explosive tropical and stone fruit hop flavors. Initial impression is juicy and lush, supported by a low to medium-low bready malt sweetness. Bitterness is soft and non-lingering, allowing the fruitiness to persist through a smooth, off-dry finish. No harshness or hop bite.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. Smooth, without astringency or raw starch texture; a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
