This West Coast-style American IPA showcases a lean, attenuative profile designed to spotlight its vibrant hop trio. Citra and Mosaic deliver a punchy foundation of grapefruit peel, blueberry, and ripe mango, while Idaho 7 introduces complex layers of resinous pine and black tea. The mouthfeel is crisp and purposefully dry, ensuring the assertive bitterness remains sharp and refreshing rather than heavy. With a clean fermentation profile and a restrained malt backbone, the focus remains entirely on the aromatic intensity and the lingering, resinous finish characteristic of the style. Appearance. Brilliant medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tangerine, tropical passion fruit, and a distinct resinous pine. A low, neutral, crackery maltiness provides a clean background, allowing the citrus and tropical fruitiness to dominate.
