Appearance. Color is deep straw with a golden-orange hue (approx. 5 SRM); opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine. Features a medium-sized, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical notes of coconut, pineapple, and passion fruit. Distinctive strawberry and citrus undertones are present, alongside a faint, dank herbal quality. Low bready and grainy malt character provides a neutral base, while fruity esters from fermentation complement the hop profile without any caramel or toast.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit, featuring prominent coconut and stone fruit from the Sabro hops and passion fruit from the Strata hops. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting the hop-forward profile. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as soft and non-lingering. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a clean aftertaste of citrus and tropical fruit without any harsh hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, creamy sensation. There is a very light alcohol warmth consistent with its 6.7% ABV, with no astringency or raw starch harshness.
