This Double New England IPA presents an explosive sensory experience driven by a heavy dry-hop of Cryo Pop M Blend, resulting in an intense, saturated mango aroma that dominates the bouquet. Beneath this tropical canopy, layers of sweet passionfruit, bright orange zest, and stone fruit emerge, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. Smooth, creamy, and remarkably velvety, the alcohol is beautifully integrated at eight percent, offering a subtle warming touch. It finishes with a delicate, balanced bitterness and a lingering, juicy wave of tropical nectar, showcasing modern hop wizardry in a remarkably drinkable format.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (SRM 6-8) with a thick, dense, persistent white head that leaves beautiful lacing. Highly hazy, opaque, and milky, typical of the New England style.

Aroma. Intense, punchy aroma dominated by ripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet pineapple from the Cryo Pop M Blend. Supporting notes of peach nectar, tangerine zest, and a subtle damp pine resin. Malt is low, presenting as a clean, sweet, wheat-like doughiness. Fermentation esters are highly fruity, blending seamlessly with the tropical hop profile; no solventy alcohol notes are present.

Taste. Opens with a massive, juicy burst of sweet mango, stone fruit, and tropical citrus flavors. Malt flavor is low but provides a soft, bready, oat-like cushion that balances the intense hop delivery. Hop bitterness is moderate, smooth, and entirely devoid of harshness or hop burn. Yeast contributes light stone fruit esters. The finish is off-dry and intensely juicy, with a long, tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, thick, and highly velvety body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but exceptionally smooth. Zero hop astringency or mouth-drying burn.
