Funky Fluid’s Crispy reimagines the German Pils with a vibrant Slovenian hop profile. This modern interpretation radiates a brilliant straw hue beneath a persistent white head. Aromatically, the beer is dominated by the expressive Cardinal and Dragon hops, which impart bright notes of pineapple and citrus, while Golding adds a refined floral and herbal depth. The palate follows suit, balancing a crisp, cracker-like malt base with a firm, clean bitterness. Its dry finish and high carbonation emphasize its refreshing nature, making for a sophisticated yet highly drinkable lager that bridges traditional structure with contemporary aromatic intensity.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow with brilliant clarity. Features a creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop character featuring citrus and tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit from Cardinal and Dragon hops, complemented by herbal and spicy Golding undertones. Low grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt character. Clean fermentation with no esters.
