Como Estas? presents a vibrant tropical escape, blending the modern haze of a light New England IPA with the structure of a classic American IPA. The standout Elani hops drive the sensory experience, bursting with pungent aromas of fresh pineapple, succulent guava, and a sharp zest of lime and orange peel. This collaboration offers an inviting, hop-forward profile where the juicy fruit characteristics are balanced by a clean, light grainy malt base. Despite its approachable alcohol content, it maintains a crisp, refreshing finish with a lingering citrus brightness, making it a highly drinkable, aromatic showcase of New World hop innovation and expressive fruit character.
Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with a slight to moderate haze. Pours with a medium-sized, white, creamy head that shows good persistence and leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple and guava. Bright citrus accents of lime and orange peel are layered over a low, clean, grainy malt backbone. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of tropical pineapple and guava. Medium-high hop bitterness is present but smooth. The malt flavor is low and bready, supporting the hop profile without adding sweetness. Features a dryish finish with a lingering citrus and tropical fruit aftertaste.
