Appearance. Deep gold color with brilliant clarity and a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves distinct lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and resinous pine from the Citra and Centennial. Subtle 'wild' citrus and grassy undertones from the Comet hops. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as a faint grainy-breadiness. Clean fermentation profile.
