This indulgent Breakfast Stout presents a decadent profile led by rich Peruvian coffee from the Cajamarca region. Bold layers of cocoa nibs provide a deep white chocolate essence, seamlessly integrated with creamy vanilla. The sensory experience is enhanced by nuanced notes of toasted almonds and subtle candied fruits, characteristic of the specific coffee origin. The underlying stout offers a robust backbone of dark roasted grains and roasted malts. Velvety and complex, the balance of sweetness and roast creates a sophisticated dessert-like profile that remains recognizable as a well-crafted Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer.

Appearance. Opaque jet black (SRM 40+). Thick, creamy, tan-colored head with high retention and significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant freshly roasted coffee and dark cocoa nibs are complemented by prominent sweet vanilla. Subtle secondary notes of toasted almonds and dark candied fruits. Malt is deeply toasted with hints of bittersweet chocolate; clean fermentation with no detectable hop aroma.
