Funky Fluid Bonzer is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases the punchy, tropical-forward profile of signature Australian hops. The sensory experience is dominated by an intensive aromatic display of Galaxy and Topaz, bursting with notes of passion fruit, resinous pineapple, and ripe stone fruit. A soft, doughy malt backbone provides a pillowy foundation, allowing the high hop saturation to take center stage without aggressive harshness. The interplay between the citrusy brightness of Galaxy and the subtle, earthy spice of Topaz creates a complex layering of flavors, leading to a smooth, nectar-like finish that masterfully integrates its strength.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-8 SRM); opaque, heavy haze; thick, creamy, long-lasting white head with persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passion fruit, citrus, and peach from Galaxy, complemented by resinous pineapple and a light herbal spice from Topaz. Malt is low and bready; fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
