Auburn presents a vibrant sensory fusion, blending the creamy, opaque texture of a Hazy Double IPA with the distinctive spicy snap of rye. The hop profile is led by Citra's tropical punch and Cascade’s bright grapefruit, while Centennial adds a sophisticated floral layer over Columbus’s underlying resinous depth. Despite its 7.5% strength, it maintains a modern approachability, balancing a soft, doughy malt base against a firm but polished bitterness. The finish is punctuated by lingering citrus zest and a subtle peppery grain note from the rye, creating a complex, multi-layered experience that bridges traditional resinous hop character with contemporary juicy intensity.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a pronounced, opaque haze. Features a dense, persistent off-white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
