This Hazy IPA showcases the intense impact of 100% Cryo hops, delivering an explosion of saturated tropical and citrus notes. The use of concentrated hop powder results in a cleaner, more vibrant hop profile without the vegetal astringency often found in heavily dry-hopped beers. The appearance is a glowing straw-gold with a characteristic opaque haze. Aromas of mango, passionfruit, and bright tangerine lead into a soft, pillowy palate supported by a bready, wheat-leaning malt base. It finishes smooth and off-dry, emphasizing juice-like drinkability over sharp bitterness, perfectly epitomizing the modern New England style through its concentrated hop oil expression.

Appearance. 3-5 SRM. Deep straw to light gold with a characteristic opaque, uniform haze and a luminous shine. Dense, white, meringue-like head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring saturated tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and bright citrus (tangerine). Malt is low and neutral, presenting as light bready or grainy notes. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters; no grassy or herbal notes.
