This collaborative Hazy IPA merges modern hopping techniques with traditional British bottle conditioning. A substantial grist of oats and wheat provides a soft, pillowy foundation for an intense hop profile. US-grown Simcoe and Chinook deliver layers of bright citrus, pine, and tropical fruit, while the UK’s Olicana hop variety adds a distinctively juicy, stone-fruit depth. The unique old-England style bottle conditioning introduces a refined, lively carbonation that lifts the vibrant hop esters. Expect a remarkably smooth, juicy experience with a restrained bitterness that highlights the interplay between New World hop intensity and classic conditioning, finishing with an elegant, fruity linger.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–7 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring mango and passionfruit from Simcoe, paired with grapefruit and resinous pine from Chinook. Olicana contributes distinct apricot and peach notes. A light bready, grainy malt character from wheat and oats supports the hops without any caramel or toast.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors dominate, reflecting the tropical and stone fruit notes of the aroma. The malt provides a low, grainy-sweet foundation. Perceived bitterness is moderate but remains soft and rounded, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste and a clean fermentation profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and lush texture derived from the flaked grains. Moderate carbonation from bottle conditioning provides a lively, refreshing lift. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
