Water Confidence is a vibrant, easy-drinking American IPA that emphasizes a complex hop profile despite its sessionable 4% ABV. The sensory journey begins with a burst of tropical aromatics, specifically pineapple driven by Bru 1, and pithy orange notes from Ekuanot. El Dorado adds further layers of stone fruit and melon, while Chinook provides a grounding, resinous backdrop of spice and earthiness. A lean malt backbone provides just enough structure to support the moderate bitterness without interfering with the hop-forward character. This beer finishes crisp and dry, inviting the next sip with lingering citrus zest and clean fermentation.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (7 SRM). It features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing. Clarity is clear with a very slight haze allowable from hop oils.
