This American IPA showcases a vibrant New Zealand hop profile, blending regional character with modern intensity. On the nose, Idaho 7 leads with distinct tropical fruit aromas, while Nelson Sauvin provides a signature layer of crushed green grape and gooseberry. The palate is defined by a crisp, lean malt backbone that allows the hops to remain the focal point. Motueka adds bright flashes of citrus and lime zest, cutting through the firm bitterness. It finishes clean and dry, highlighting a sophisticated balance of New World fruitiness and refreshing drinkability typical of this collaboration between Full Circle and Gravity Well.

Appearance. Pale gold (6 SRM) with high clarity and a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring white wine-like notes of gooseberry and green grape, complemented by tropical pineapple and mango. A subtle lime citrus lift is present. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy sweetness. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. A hop-forward initial impression with dominant flavors of tropical fruit and lime. Firm bitterness is well-integrated against a light, crackery malt base. The hop character is complex, featuring vinous white wine qualities and berry-like notes. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and very low malt presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate-high carbonation provides a refreshing, lively bite. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
