This vibrant New Zealand-influenced American Pale Ale showcases a modern sensory profile driven by Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops, further intensified by the addition of Phantasm. The aroma is a saturated bouquet of tropical and stone fruits, where lush papaya and passion fruit notes meet the soft, fleshy character of peach and nectarine. Despite its hazy, juicy appearance, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a supportive, clean malt base. A balanced bitterness provides structure without overwhelming the delicate hop esters, resulting in a refreshing finish that highlights the unique vinous and tropical qualities characteristic of Southern Hemisphere varietals.

Appearance. Pale gold (6 SRM) with a pronounced hazy opacity. It pours with a moderately large, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex hop-forward profile. Dominant aromas of ripe papaya, passion fruit, and white grape skins are layered over soft stone fruit notes of peach and nectarine. The malt character is low and neutral, offering a faint grainy sweetness that allows the New World hop aromatics and thiol-rich Phantasm to remain the primary focus.

Taste. The palate opens with an explosion of juicy passion fruit and nectarine. Mid-palate reveals a more nuanced papaya and peach sweetness, balanced by a moderate bitterness that provides a clean, refreshing structure. The malt presence is supportive and cracker-like, never distracting from the hop intensity. It finishes relatively dry with a lingering, pleasant tropical fruit aftertaste and a lack of harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture typical of hazy styles. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a lively prickle on the tongue. There is no detectable alcohol warmth or astringency, contributing to high drinkability.
