The sensory profile is headlined by the distinctive New Zealand hop duo of Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, which project a lively bouquet of zesty lime, crushed gooseberry, and tropical passionfruit. These hop varieties are layered over a lean, crackery malt base that provides structure without sweetness. While the Motueka lends a bright citrus snap, the Nelson Sauvin adds a sophisticated white-grape complexity. The result is a crisp, clean-fermenting ale that balances firm bitterness with a light, breezy character, making it ideal for post-activity recovery or sunny beer gardens.
