This German Pils highlights a modern twist on tradition, showcasing the Hallertau Blanc hop variety. Pouring a brilliant pale gold, it opens with a sophisticated bouquet of elderflower and soft white grape, backed by a clean, doughy malt foundation. The palate is defined by a firm, refreshing bitterness that provides a structured backbone for subtle grapefruit notes. True to its lineage, the mouthfeel is crisp and light, finishing bone-dry with a lingering minerality. It is an elegant, highly sessionable lager that balances classic German precision with the vibrant, floral characteristics of its featured hop, resulting in a remarkably refreshing experience.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring floral elderflower and white grape notes. Supported by a low grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt character. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial malt sweetness of dough and crackers is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness. Hop flavors of elderflower, gooseberry, and a touch of grapefruit zest. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a hint of minerality.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Brisk, refreshing, and clean with a slight mineral sharpness but no harshness or astringency.
