Full Circle Brew Co

Easy Peasy is a vibrant Fruit Beer designed for high drinkability and citrus refreshment. The sensory profile is dominated by a bright, zesty lemon character derived from 10kg of lemon peels, further amplified by the specific use of Lemondrop hops, which contribute a distinct candy-like lemon and herbal aroma. Supporting these notes, Amarillo hops provide a complementary layer of orange and grapefruit citrus. The underlying malt bill remains subtle, offering a clean, cracker-like foundation that allows the fruit to shine. It finishes exceptionally dry and crisp, making it an approachable, refreshing choice that balances hop aromatics with genuine fruit zest.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Pours with a moderate white head that shows fair retention and light lacing. Clarity is mostly clear, though a very faint, shimmering haze may be present from the lemon peel oils.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh lemon zest and citrus oils. The Lemondrop hops provide a refined lemon-meringue sweetness and light herbal notes, while Amarillo adds hints of sweet orange. Malt aroma is low, presenting as neutral grain or fresh bread. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of fresh lemon juice and zest. The flavor is crisp and clean, featuring Lemondrop hop notes of lemon skin and Amarillo flavors of tangerine. Bitterness is mild (approximately 20-25 IBU), providing just enough balance against the light, grainy-sweet malt. The finish is short, dry, and refreshing with a lingering citrus oil aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied and brisk. Carbonation is moderately high, enhancing the refreshing, spritzy character of the citrus. Alcohol warmth is non-existent. Very low astringency, despite the large addition of citrus peels.
