This Double IPA presents a supercharged, juicy profile that intensifies the character of its predecessor. Intensely aromatic, it showcases the signature interplay of Citra and Mosaic hops, delivering a saturated burst of tropical mango, ripe stone fruit, and bright citrus zest. A clean, neutral malt base provides a lean platform for the high bitterness to shine without becoming harsh. The palate is defined by its hop-forward nature and a remarkably high drinkability for its strength. It finishes dry and crisp with a lingering resinous quality and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth that complements its bold, fruity intensity.

Appearance. Presents a gold to light orange-copper hue (SRM 7-9). The head is moderate-sized, white, and persistent with excellent lacing. Though the style often features good clarity, this version maintains a slight haze consistent with its juicy character.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring heavy tropical fruit, berry, and melon from Mosaic, alongside sharp grapefruit and lime from Citra. A background of clean, neutral grainy malt and a light fruity fermentation profile supports the hops. No solventy alcohol is present.

Taste. Initial impression of intense tropical fruit nectar followed by a firm, moderately high bitterness that is well-integrated. Hop flavors of passion fruit, citrus rind, and pine dominate over a soft, unobtrusive malt character. It concludes with a dry, clean finish and a lingering hoppy bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. Provides a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
