This American IPA delivers a bold hop-forward experience driven by the Krush variety, bursting with intense aromas of ripe mango, juicy pineapple, and sharp citrus. The sensory profile is balanced by the addition of Simcoe and Columbus, which introduce grounding earthy notes and a resinous, piney backbone. A clean fermentation allows a delicate, grainy malt base to support the high hop intensity without cluttering the palate. The experience concludes with a firm, pithy bitterness and lingering stone fruit accents, resulting in a crisp and refreshingly dry finish that exemplifies the modern craft style.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, off-white head showing good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, mango, and pineapple. Underlying notes of resin, pine, and earthiness are supported by a low, clean, grainy maltiness. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hoppy. Prominent flavors of mango and citrus transition into earthy, resinous mid-palate notes. Low bready malt supports a medium-high bitterness. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering pithy bitterness and stone fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp sensation. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated with no harshness.
