Concrete Jungle is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leads with an intense, resinous punch. The inclusion of Bru-1 and Mosaic hops delivers a concentrated wave of ripe pineapple and tropical stone fruit, while Strata adds a signature dank complexity and further depth. Supported by a clean, bready malt base, this beer showcases a saturated hop profile that leans into a bold, juicy character. Bravo hops provide a sturdy citrus backbone that anchors the more volatile tropical notes. The result is a smooth, expressive experience with a soft finish, balancing a complex melange of tropical sweetness and sticky, forest-floor pine.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze and a distinct luminescent shine. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by fresh-cut pineapple, passionfruit, and a noticeable dank, resinous quality. Underlying notes of peach and mango are supported by a neutral, lightly bready malt presence with no caramel or toast character.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors reflecting the pineapple and stone fruit notes of the aroma. The palate is punchy and dank with a supportive, grainy-sweet malt backbone. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, never harsh, allowing for a soft, off-dry finish that lingers with tropical fruit and pine resin.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or harshness is present, and there is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth at 6.2% ABV.
