Squizz is a vibrant Fruit Beer that showcases a sophisticated harmony of orchard and exotic fruits. The sensory profile is lead by the punchy, aromatic zest of yuzu and the intoxicatingly floral perfume of lychee. On the palate, the delicate, fleshy sweetness of pear provides a soft counterpoint to the crisp, malic bite of apple. The fruit additions create a lively dance between tartness and subtle residual sweetness, supported by a clean, neutral malt base. Effervescent and bright, the beer finishes dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of citrus oils and tropical florals without being cloying.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 3-5) with a slight haze from the heavy fruit additions. Pours with a brilliant white, fine-beaded head that shows moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity. Distinctive notes of floral lychee and pungent yuzu zest dominate the nose, followed by subtle undertones of ripe pear and fresh-cut apple. Malt aroma is very low and crackery; hop aroma is absent to allow the fruit complexity to lead.

Taste. Initial impression is a bright, citrus-forward tartness from the yuzu, quickly followed by the exotic, grape-like sweetness of lychee. The mid-palate features soft pear and crisp apple flavors that provide body. Low hop bitterness (approx. 12 IBU) provides just enough structure. The finish is clean and dry with a lingering tart-sweet fruit character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, spritzy carbonation that enhances the fruit's acidity. Very low alcohol warmth at 6% ABV. Smooth, light texture with no perceived tannin or astringency from the fruit skins.
