Cosmos presents a vibrant sensory journey inspired by the American IPA style, defying its non-alcoholic status with a bold hop presence. A dense haze carries a bouquet of tropical intensity, where the specific use of Sabro hops introduces distinct coconut and cream notes, complemented by the lime and papaya character of Ekuanot. The inclusion of Dolcita hops adds a layer of sweet citrus and stone fruit complexity. Despite the lack of alcohol, the palate is saturated with hop oils, offering a firm bitterness that balances a clean, lean malt profile. It finishes dry and exceptionally crisp, leaving a lingering trail of resinous fruit.

Appearance. Pale gold to medium amber (6-9 SRM). Opaque, full haze with a thick, long-lasting white head and significant lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, toasted coconut, and lime. Subtle herbal and woody notes from the Ekuanot hops are present. Grainy, neutral maltiness is very low, allowing the hops to remain the primary focus.

Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of mango, tangerine, and a signature creamy coconut from the Sabro hops. Bitterness is firm and clean, consistent with the style. The malt provides a faint bready backdrop. The finish is dry and hoppy, with no alcohol harshness.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a soft, smooth texture from the haze-inducing proteins. High carbonation provides a crisp, refreshing bite. No alcohol warmth is perceived.
