Stereo presents a vibrant sensory experience defined by its double dry hopped profile of Mosaic and Motueka. This Hazy IPA pours an opaque, glowing straw gold, immediately releasing high-intensity aromas of ripe apricot and sweet candy floss. The palate is a complex symphony of fruit, where Mosaic drives notes of luscious strawberry and stone fruit like nectarine, while Motueka contributes sharp grapefruit and bright lime zest. A supportive, neutral grainy malt backbone allows these hop layers to shine. It finishes with a soft, pillowy texture and a gentle, restrained bitterness that emphasizes its juicy, tropical character.

Appearance. Opaque, hazy straw to light gold (approx. 4 SRM) with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit (apricot) and tropical notes. Subtle confectionary sweetness reminiscent of candy floss merges with lime and citrus zest. Low bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring strawberry, nectarine, and a distinct citrus bite of grapefruit and lime zest. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness. Malt is light and grainy, supporting an off-dry, juicy finish without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Free of astringency or raw starch texture.
