Fuerst Wiacek

Shiny is a modern Double IPA that delivers a brilliant showcase of contemporary hops. The dry-hop additions of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Sabro burst with an intense tropical bouquet. Prominent aromas of sweet passionfruit and ripe mango from the Galaxy and Mosaic hops pair seamlessly with the distinctive creamy coconut and subtle cedar notes of Sabro. Beneath this vibrant fruit canopy lies a clean, neutral malt base that keeps the body remarkably agile for its strength. It finishes dry and incredibly smooth, with a well-integrated, soft warmth that masks its strength, making it exceptionally drinkable.

Appearance. Deep gold with a soft, persistent off-white head that leaves dense lacing. Displays a slight, modern haze but remains bright and inviting.

Aroma. Intense, complex hop aroma dominated by tropical passionfruit, ripe mango, and blueberry, accented by unique notes of sweet coconut, tangerine, and a touch of minty cedar. The malt is neutral, clean, and understated in the background, with a very low, smooth alcohol sweetness.

Taste. A bold initial wave of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and berry flavors. The mid-palate introduces distinct coconut and cream notes. Supported by a clean, dry, bready malt foundation. Bitterness is firm but exceptionally smooth and well-integrated, leading to a dry finish with a lingering tropical and resinous hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. Features a gentle, warming alcohol presence that is clean and lacks any harshness or hotness.
