This Hazy IPA presents an intricate tapestry of modern hop character, delivering an intense sensory experience. The combination of Citra and Mosaic drives a powerful core of tropical mango, blueberry, and ripe stone fruit, while Idaho 7 adds layers of red grapefruit and a subtle resinous depth. Loral introduces a delicate floral and peppery nuance that provides a sophisticated counterpoint to the fruit. Most distinctively, Sabro contributes its signature hint of coconut and tropical lime creaminess. The malt remains a soft, bready foundation, supporting the massive dry-hop load. With a pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, the beer concludes with a clean, juice-like finish.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of pineapple, passion fruit, and tangerine. Distinctive notes of coconut and cream from the Sabro hops are apparent, alongside apricot and a faint floral-herbal lift. Low, grainy, bready malt character serves as a neutral background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant notes of guava, mango, and citrus zest. Mid-palate highlights of stone fruit and subtle coconut lead to a low to medium-low bitterness that is smooth and never sharp. Malt flavors are low and doughy, leading to an off-dry, fruit-forward finish without any lingering harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Exhibits a smooth character with very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a total absence of astringency.
